Mélanie Bélanger-Finn is a bilingual communications and engagement strategist with over a decade of experience helping organizations tell their stories, manage issues and engage with audiences.

Mélanie’s background includes both agency and in‑house roles across sectors such as mining, aviation, ports, infrastructure and non-profit.

She’s worked on multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely and high-quality internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, media relations and issues management solutions.

Her approach is rooted in clear, accessible and inclusive communication that helps organizations and individuals connect with their audiences and navigate complexity with greater confidence.

She remains connected and engaged in her community through mentoring and guest speaking with UBC’s Career Centre disability‑focused program, as well as volunteering with Canadian Parents for French.

Born and raised in Montréal, Mélanie has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master of Management from the University of British Columbia.

Mélanie is based in Vancouver and works with organizations across Canada.
